Scammed, took my money and didn't deliver, after opening a dispute on paypal they contacted me and said they couldn't deliver until the dispute was closed so i closed it... They then gave me the silent treatment and have refused any form of contact. I have contacted paypal about them as i can't re-open the dispute but hopefully something can be done
