Eceived refrigerator filters on 8-30-13. They were the wrong ones. Have made over 20 calls and sent 4 emails requesting a rma label which they say i need to request in order to return. No one answers the phone nor do they return my calls or emails. I have contacted my credit card company and now in the process of disputing the charges.
