Although several emails were sent to ecigsbrand cancelling order, plus messages left on answer phone. No return phone calls were made by ecigsbrand to me. Delivery of refills was made today. I rang (0) 2033183540 requesting RMA number as card says returns will not be accepted without RMA number on package. However as they have never returned my calls I am not expecting them to do so now. I do not know charges so cannot include monetary damages. I just want to cancel my order with them as I have explained to them many times. Why won't they reply to my calls i tried the the above number but was redirected to 08431165523 but thet did not answer my calls
