I was receiving this Lift Serum product by post and money was being withdrawn from my bank account. When I phoned them they said I could not get a refund because I had agreed to a trial and a monthly deliver of this product to my address (less $120 from my bank account each time...) I could only cancel this shipments & payments, no refund. The package had no documentation at all.
