I ordered lift and glow pro and lift and glow serum on a free trial it took 5 weeks for it to arrive and when it did the pump failed to work, I contacted the company and was told they would cancel my 30 day trial and set me up for another 30 day trial. Then we discover that £165.42 had been taken out of my husbands bank account without any notification or invoice. I contacted the company again and was told that this was because I hadn't cancelled my 14 day trial, why would I when this was supposed to be a 30 day trial! I have now had several e-mails and made several telephone calls, we have now returned the offending items and are waiting for a refund but don't hold out much hope now that we have discovered that there are alot of other people in the same situation. I noticed that there are a few people that haven't got a contact no. Well here it is 02033557059 it supposed to be a 24 hour customer service no. Good luck to anyone in the same boat as us. Do not be sucked in with this as it is a con.
