I too ordered the Evomax 10" tablet which ended up being faulty and Tom, I did send it back as instructed, for a replacement, that was 8 MONTHS AGO!!! I sent about 10 messages through your so called "support website" and received only 1 response from you, telling your Admin team to "expedite an immediate replacement" to which they responded "will do". Nothing has arrived and I have since sent a further 10 complaints to which I have had no response. What an expensive lesson to learn.
