I was out of the State, my husband's account was charged $19.65. He called to tell me that something I bought came out of the account and overdrew it. I couldn't even figure out what it could have been and when I returned home, took a look at it and knew I didn't order from this company. I googled the phone number and found their website as well as this complaint site. I called the phone number on my husband's bank statement and talked to someone at "DTPS' and was told the charge would be refunded within 3-5 business days. Their rep explained that I must have 'filled out the form on line." No way either of us had. We have insurance and don't just call doctors to ask questions. If I don't get the money back, I'll be back HERE to let you all know.
