I ordered a free trial for $8.94 including shipping and handling fees. Over the phone I was told that a package will arrive in the mail with info in case if I need to call and cancell. Of course no package came, the phone number that is available on their web is not even ringing. I definately wasn't expecting to see charges for $88.95 on my account. General inquiries page clearly says "NOTE: Cancellations can NOT be processed by email." Basically, there is no way to get in touch with them.
