They must carry a puppy to me by plane. I paid 180 eur transportation and they said everything is fine I will have the day at 10 pm at home. They call today at 9 am to tell me that you have to give them 450 eur... For not having insurance from them no evidence to put the dog on the plane. Not given anything traking number or something
