If you have a problem with this company, call them at 1-877-869-3162. I called to cancel my auto-ship before trial period ended and the sales lady was nice. Of course she tried to keep me on by offering discounts and a longer trial period, and I just told her I couldn't afford it. She sent me a confirmation of my cancellation by email while I was still on the phone with her. We'll see if they try to keep sending, but so far so good.
