Fake phone lines - Stages of Beauty-free trial-money scam

I wish to cancel my order of oct 15- Shipment 3344599 -I have tried for days to reach your supposed phone lines you keep sending people to here and they rare a fake! Its just an endless hold that dumps you off at the end saying "our lines are all busy today, sorry" what a way to sell your product! How could it be any good when you have to coerce and trick people into ordering and paying for it! I demand that my auto shipment be cancelled within the trial period as offered legally by Stages of Beauty - denying me access to your business during the trial period is actionable legally to be sure.
