I was told they had listings of houses in my area for sale and rent but the packet they sent me wasn't even in my state. When I called to complain they said they had sent me the wrong package and would send me another but when it came it wasn't in my area either. The person I spoke with on the phone said I would have to go to their web site to request a refund but that has gotten me no where either. Someone should shut these people down.
