Horrendous customer service/. Not the product I - this is an LG 3095 ST range

Purchased this range (rated #1 in consumer reports) from Home Depot. I asked if there would be a reduction in BTU output because Iwould be using propane instead on Natural gas (which is not available in my area) to which I was told it would be "insignificant if at all". After installation I realized 20 min to boil water on the "power burner"was NOT insignificant. I can use basically this 1 burner out of 5 on the stove to cook. LG saya there is no way to check what the BTU output is. The Manual says the reduction of BTU's is almost 50% of what it would be with natural gas. As unsatisfactory as this is, I cannot even tell if I am getting this. LG has no answer or solution
