To enable you to offset the statutory Non-Resinent tax payment of $1,950.00 The tax is payable to your assigned tax officer as stated in the letter.

Method of payment Western Union or Moneygram.
The first payment was to (Timothy Femi) of Cape town Africa for $1,000.00 the second one was to (Maria Lamb) of Dublin Ireland for $950.00. A third payment of $800.00 was to (Timothy Femi) For Insuring the Check and shipping it to my address.
None their part above ever took place or happened and it was a pure Fraud the payment on the check was stopped or cancelled...
My bank account was charged with the bad check. For the full $2,950.00
