I purchased the trial samples of their product for my wife @ £1.99 each and now I find they have taken a total of £169.42 from my account. On the site I used there wasn't any mention of this on going charge and subsequent searches have shown that many users have also been conned on this action. I have found that on other pages of their website there is a mention of this charge. I certainly wouldn't have bought a moisturiser for that price. How do I get my money back? Thank you.
