It he first thing that happened was I had to reorder my items 3 different times before it was shipped out first and formost I was not informed about how the sizes worked and I was already charged once I had that fixed the rep advised they were in stock both items I was ordering and will be shipped out next day the next day I check with the service rep and was advised that the items were not in stock but the located the same stuff I have ordered same look and everything threw a different company and it could be shipped out that day so they fixed it and in the end I got over charged and took a few days to get my refund once I received the items they were not what I liked and the sizes I was advised to get we're not right also within this issue with the 2 corsets I ordered only 1 of them came with bottoms and the other didn't (didn't matter anyways cuz they were way to big) so I sent everything back including my free item in original packaging and shipping bag & i followed all the steps on the site for getting my refund. I been waiting for my refund for weeks now its been past their refund turn around time and I just got a email they are only going to refund me 1 of the corsets because I didn't sent a pair of underwear that I never got back with the other corset! Mind u I'm on a budget for getting undergarments for my wedding less then a few weeks away now and I'm unable to purchase anything from anywhere els until I get my money back this is the worst thing a bride on a budget could dream of happening! I strongly recommend no one purchase any items from this company they have done nothing but gave me a hard time and do not want to refund me for their mistakes I'm very disappointed in this whole situation i don't know what els to do from here: (
