I used this site for a change of address for my husband and myself moving out of state.
They have an official USPS seal and advertise the charge on your credit card for $1.00.
I would never authorize a ridiculous amount for $19.95 when our post office was a block away. I should have taken the time to go there instead.
They charged me $19.95 twice!
