I saw a brand new, in the box 25HP Mercury 4-Stroke outboard for sale on Craigslist for $1000 (normally around $3k-$4k). Sent an email for more info and the listing was flagged by craigslist. Got an email a week or two later from OverstockCloseoutSeason.com showing the motor; same pics as were on craigslist. I looked to see if the site was legit using scambook and www.scamadviser.com/check-website/www.overstockcloseoutseason.com

The site is only 3 days old... Obviously a scam. Be careful and avoid this site!!
