I went to change my address and when I logged into my bank account saw not one, but TWO charges for $39.95 for doing what I believed was the USPS $1.00 change of address form. Nowhere on this page does it say anything about a $39.95 charge... I wouldn't have paid it! Now, my account is overdrawn and there is no contact information to get ahold of these scam artists. I am so embarassed that I was that easily fooled and disgusted that they're getting away with this.
