Similar situation. I posted an ad on Craigslist for SAT tutoring services. She claims, in poor English, to be from the UK, coming to "your city" (not specified) to work for the EPA. Claims the EPA will pay directly for her daughter's tutoring (!) by cashier's check, asks for total charges, plus name, address, mobile. Everything here smells wrong.
