Last month, I bought the complete collection of my favorite TV shows from the 90s – “Touched by an Angel and The Promised Land at www.ultimatedvdseries.com. I only bought these 2 sets for only $219.90 which is way competitive compared to other online DVD sellers and that includes shipping and handling charges. Additionally, I also get a discount on the s/h for the second DVD set. I am absolutely impressed with their customer service and the both DVD Collections came in mint and great shape. The package was delivered after a week upon placing my payment through their secured payment facility.

But, both DVD set arrived with broken DVD cases. I addressed this issue to ultimatedvdseries at once and without question asked, they replaced the cracked cases right away. They just confirmed if the discs are all working well and asked for my desired shipping address for delivery of replacement DVD cases. They delivered it after 5 working days and the cases are brand new which made me completely satisfied!

Regarding the quality of the DVDs, it was absolutely what I really wanted - high-definition video and sound. Moreover, every disc I tested so far plays very good in y 3 years old DVD player.
