Superspatial.com has provided me a warm assistance when I encountered some problems with my order. I purchased the Perry Mason DVDs from this seller. The ordering process was fast and easy and certainly no hassle in placing the order. The package arrived quickly. When I checked the first disc and I was surprised that the disc has good quality, but when I am on the 7th disc, it suddenly stopped in the middle of the episode and won’t go through anymore. So I checked all of the discs, and found 4 faulty discs out of the 48 DVDs I received. These discs either skipped or stopped in the middle of the episodes. I emailed the company right away and they replied to me instantaneously. They informed me that it’s ok to replace the four faulty discs. They asked for the Disc Numbers and also for my desired shipping address. After 6 working days, I received the replacement. I tried the discs in my DVD player and very relieved that it all worked fine! Moreover, the whole set I receive has superior quality. I am fully satisfied with the whole transaction and how Superspatial showed what customer support really is. Already recommended to my family and friends!
