Traderush is a binanry option broker based in Cyprus. Due to "technical" problems on my site I wasnt able to place orders during an order session. Therefore I lost two major trades. Asking about a compensation for the failure nothing happend except an unprofessionel appology letter. I do think this is a kind of strategy to squeeze out the money of their customers.
