Yesterday, in reliance on his advertizing claims, I ordered a two month trial subscription to Ken Trester's option advice news letter at a cost of $99.00, and a cost of $99.00 month thereafter. He claims to be "a man not given to exaggeration", an option trading expert with 27 years of experience and a historical record of profiting from 88% of his trades. Trester promises "How to Never Lose Trading Options" and calls the programs "Sure Option Trades", that promise "near-certain profits".

Today I reviewed Trester's posted track record for the past 8 months, and, unless I am mistaken in my math, I found: (1) about 40 Closed Call Trades lost $481; (2) that about 18 Closed Put trades made a gross gain of $313.00; and (3) that about 51 Credit Spread Trades lost $455.00. Assuming the best, that the subscribers purchased only one contract of each recomendation, and only at a $3.00 per trade in-out cos, the investor would have lost about $950.00 plus the $800 fee or a "sure" loss of about $1750.00.

I called the next day to cancel and was told that the service did not allow refunds!

If your considering Trester's program, please do your own review of his investment track record to determine if Mr. Trester is indeed a option expert, a man of integrety and not given to exaggeration.
