I returned cookbooks. I did not receive refund.instead I was charged 29.85 for something I did not receive. They said they received the returned books but I owed for them anyway. They did say they would return the money to my account less shipping and handling. This has not happened yet. Now I have an overdraft at my bank that I will have to pay because of their false claims.
