Connecticut 06905 United States went into my account unauthorized and took a total of 89.00 from me. I was first told I could not get credit, then I was told I could only get a credit for two unauthorized charges and in order for me to get the whole refund I would have to fax a request. I did not request this company to go into my account for starters so why would I have to go through a whole lot to get my refund. I did not take NO for an answer so I asked to speak with an supervisor and she then assured me that I would get my full refund and she transferred me to the executive Office and sure enough another promise made that I would be refunded. Please note I never started any membership with this company nor have I ever purchased anything from this company. I honestly do not know how they got my information.
