Miscellaneous

I was told that i won a an auction and advised to deposit ten percent of the cost or $500 dollars which ever one is greater to enable them purchase the vehicle in question. This i did though they claimed that the money is 100% refundable or can be used for the purchase another vehicle. But i am surprised that when they couldn't purchase the vehicle in question i didn't get a mail, i wrote them severally but no response. I have bidded on various vehicles which i won but wasn't to me. Now that i want refund they are claiming that i have to pay $499.99 and another $39.99 dollars. So why did you tell me that its 100% refundable, I think this fraud site should be closed by American government. How can they allow such fraud site to operate while they are busy chasing fraudsters in other lands?
