They captured my father (age 82y - very simple WinXY user, Middle Germany near Cologne). With some calls from these company/India, they supported him with his WinXP-PC - ”supported” him with LogMeIn and with some bullshit questions and actions (WIN-XP) for hours, asked two times/day over next day for payment - all together E133.68 eg. Round $175.00. He payed with his VISA-CreditCard ;- (. He don't believe me, bevore he cancel his VISAcard, he like to have ”concurrent evidence”, thats it's a scalm.
