I had a four season room (michigan room) added to my summer house in traverse city mi. When the room was build double panes windows were installed. I have a 10 year warranty on these windows and now the sealed between windows is leaking so i have several windows that are clouding. I contact wenzlick on 6/27,7/1/13/, 7/30 i was told the windows were approved for replacement and still nothing has been done. I feel like i
'm getting the runaround each time i call.
