Merchandise is misrepresented online. There is no phone number and no returns for cash. False Auction. Sold me "1/2 CT total weight diamond earrings in giftbox from "bid" I received less than 1/4 Ct total weight earrings dull in color, thrown in bag. Have returns pending misrepresenting both size and color totaling 5 items since one month ago. They have put products back online and I have not heard from them despite emails and letters. I am creating a paper trail to file a class action suit against them for fraud and misrepresentation and robbery. Buyer beware.
