Hi,

Y-Axis had claimed that they are the best in overseas placements in various countries. So, i had gone for a meeting with their counsellor who assured me that i would get good response based on my cv. Hence, i decided to go ahead and paid 40 grands for 3 months of marketing in CANADA. They had mentioned that they would market my CV to the entire country and also write my resume.
The resume writing was all done my by self with hardly any inputs from the consultant. Then started the marketing process, in the whole marketing process for 3 months i did not receive a single response from any employers in canada. They handed me the mail id details at the end of the marketing process. After receiving the mail details i came to know that one of the employer had expressed interest in my profile and had asked to "respond", but the consultant failed to reply back. I was in touch with the y-axis consultant on a regular basis. And they have failed in everything that they claimed to be or committed.
Kindly help me to take this case fwd as i want my money back, i feel i am cheated.
