Over billing me - website

I am a member of Badoo. Yes, I did buy the superpowers and no I do not have automatic refill of the credits. I have a notice that says my superpowers are not to be renewed until September 21, yet I have been billed again!!! (I was just billed last week) It is only august 27. WTF? I can't find any phone number to call or anything. This site is retarded and as soon as I get my money back I am deleting everything!
