Promote Badoo

Hello Support Team,

I'm trying to get Badoo to understand what I want to do: I want to create a page on on our websites and promote badoo and it's services for more people of my country to register with badoo. Also, I want to make a help/tutorial page on how to register with badoo and explain how it works etc. Members from our website can navigate to that page and find useful information about Badoo, so that they get interested and join. If other members of our country who are already registered to Badoo go there, they can find info that they didn't know and thus make the most of Badoo.

So in summary I want to;

1.) Create a review/promo page FOR Badoo. I do NOT want to advertise MYSELF. I want to advertise BADOO on OUR website.
2.) Create a YouTube picture & sound clip [music provided by local dj and producers
3.) Create a tutorial / help page for users from our website on Badoo.

Instead I always get this automated message:

Hello,
