I received a card which read as follow "Urgent this is not a mistake: your name and others were randomly selected to receive part of a cash reserve designated for international marketing program. The amount listed above on your cash voucher (20,850) is true and correct. Call 010 500 9147 for your payment". When I phone there I was told to deposit 250 for handling fee.
