I applied for a free sample for just 3.95 three months ago since then every month they have sent me the same package, which I tried ti cancel. I had no cooperation on the phone at all with somebody who pretended for twenty minutes not to understand the details I was giving him. I couldn't cancel the product which i had not ordered but was being charged each month for. How can they just take the money out of my account!
