I ordered this plus the natural cleanse for the 14 day free trial. I ordered it on July15 by phone (I have the phone numbr they called from). I never received the product. They sent me an email on July29@0236 my time and said trial was over. When I woke up and saw this email, I called them at 0605 hrs, my time, and told them I didn't recieve it. They verified they had my correct information, and they said they were shipping it out again immediately and that they would extend the trial for 30 days. Two weeks later I still didn't recieve it. I called again, Aug9@1934hrs my time, they verified they had my correct information. They stated they were shipping it out right away and would again extnd my trial period, and I should receive it within two weeks and if not to give them a call again. I called again two days ago Aug 19 at 0615hrs my time, and again was told they are shipping it right now, and I would recieve it within 3-5 days. Today, Aug 21, I opened my Visa bill to see they billed me to the tune of $165, for a product I never recieved!!! I then called them and had a half hour argument/discussion regarding being charged this amount of money for a product I never received. They seem to think this is acceptable as I agreed to their terms. I don't recall anything in their terms saying I was going to pay for a product I don't receive.
These people need to be charged with fraud!
I want my money back!
