On your Roger Cell bill in Canada there is a entry "3rd party billing" and the amount is $13.00 and this goes unseen for months, years. I googled their name and found tons of reportings of scaming customers of $13. Every month. My records go back to Oct 27th. I called their phone number to cancel and asked for all my money back. They said they would but would NOT give me our tax back.in Canada that's 15%... It adds up. The phone number to cancel them is 1 877 323 2226
