What a despicable company. Took me three months to figure out why my cell phone bill was $10 too high and how to cancel a subscription I got for opening a text message and never knowingly authorized. Then got dinged another month's fee after cancellation. The cell phone company rep. Said she spends hours a day helping people cancel these 'negative billing' apps people are tricked into buying. So why don't the phone companies get after Motime and others... It's costing them manpower hours... I guess they get a kick-back. What a scam. It was useless phoning Motime with my complaint. I really feel swindled.
