I have been scammed by Doubleday Book Club. They continuously send me items I did not purchase, charging me of course, and they don't process the returns in a timely manner (sometimes not at all). I have fulfilled my purchase obligations, yet, their records show I haven't purchased anything and therefore, can't cancel my membership. I've tried to contact them multiple times with no success, as if the company doesn't even exist. I want a full refund of what I've paid, and my membership cancelled.
