Tonight I was contacted by Tackard Group who is an independent collection company. They approached me asking for a past due/deliquent payment in the amount of 30 $. They were representing BMG music club formerly direct brands. This alleged payment was from 2005 from an address that I have not lived at. They had no additional information to offer me. I have never called, questioned, or used BMG music club or Direct Brands and never will. This is an inaccurate accusation and needs to be settled, and BMG music club/direct brands is a company who is strong arming and intimidating individuals to get what they want.
