I purchased a clearsmoke starter pack of which I paid 7.95 and then without authorisation they removed 59.95 from my bank account! This was not advertised in the main advert or on receipt of the starter kit! Furthermore, the monies have been taken from a company called healthy cig of which I have had no dealings with, thus I presume this is a sister company or my details have been passed onto them! I have tried contacting the company but they have refused to reimburse these funds! On speaking to my bank, they have informed that many companies offering trial samples are fraudulently taking monies from peoples accounts as they are not stipulating in the advert that you are subscribing to monthly payments. Please help.
