Charged £7.95 for trial e-cig: received.
Then used my Bank card details charged £59.95 without any direct debit or standing order permission for no goods received.
Put through to a call centre that he says is just support and can do nothing about it as he does not work for Clearsmoke and can only give me a P.O. Box address.
Paid £67.90 for a trial e-cig and no other goods, and now asking my bank for £24.99 per month for being a member of their club which they will not get.
Ticking a terms and conditions box is invalid for Direct Debit. A clever Scam
