I started with this company on 10/15. They said that they would modify my mortgage with Wells Fargo (Mortgage company). I paid them the money in two (2) payments, 1,600.00 in Oct. 2012 and 1,600.00 in Nov. 2012. They were at first communicating with me to get all the documents that were needed for the modification. They said this type of modification would take some time but everything should be OK. I have been trying to get in touch with this company since the first part of July with no luck. All the numbers I have go right to voice mail and the main number is always busy.
