I have been trying to find help with obtaining a grant for school, and this guy named victor mendoza asked for my information. He said the fee would be $3.87 but that wasnt the case. Early the next morning i went online to follow up and i found information stating how these people are scammers. So i checked my bank summery and he took the 3.87 and an additional $19.95.
