MTEMC - CRUEL Monopoly

HORRIBLE company with regard to customer CARE. They will NOT assist their customers who call in earnest to try to pay their whole bill when only needing a couple more days. They take advantage of the fact that we cannot seek another provider and flat-out REFUSE to treat ANYONE humanely. They are horrible.
