My Mother who lives in Forest Lake Australia frequently gets these European Lottery Scams
asking her to send money to secure the Scam thousands she has supposedly won.
They asked her to send $31.95 to cover processing and handling fees.

I checked on this site and there are numerous complaints about this scam at the address I gave you above.
The telephone Number they gave is: 61 1800 228346.
Good Luck I hope that you can do something about this rip off outfit.
