Following the completion of our one-time ship contract where small 'auto-pay' amounts were deducted from my bank - I rec'd no more products but found my bank account gouged FOUR times at full prices for a total of $458.85 including "foreign currency fees" as much as $2.96 (T=$10.90) of which I was unaware. I phoned, sent a REG. Letter (they gave me wrong address), I FAX'd, tried to e-mail. Contacted my Attorney who said: "send a letter asking for full reimbursement. If ignored tell Co. They will be called to Small Claims Court; ordered to pay THREE TIMES the total Att'y fees." (glad to know there are others who got ripped.)
