You have taken £35 from my account which has made me go overdrawn for shoes that I didn't order and therefore did not receive. I would like a full refund plus the extra money for the charges that I will now receive from my bank due to the fact that i am now overdrawn due to your companies incompetence.
I expect this matter to be dealt with immediately and should it not be I will have no choice but to take this matter further. I would also like a to know why this has happened and also would like assurances that this situation will not happen again. Regards
