This happened on April 12th. One person phoned that my computer was ready to crash from the mess that was on my hardware. So he had me give him authority to take over my screen and he showed me all the errors that needed to be fixed. Then he wanted $300.00 as a one time charge, but in May he started to take $20.00 per month from my RB Visa account. I have since asked for my Visa to be replaced in order to stop that. Then again this week another call saying that he was with Microsoft and he wanted to show me all the errors in my software. He was willing to give me credit for 382.00 against a charge of 495.00 which left me $111.00 to pay, so I hung up on him. Today I wanted to add a gmail address with Google and I didn't succeed until I was given a toll free number, and again the person wanted to take over my screen in order to compose a g mail address so I told him what he could do.
