We received a call from Wade Weaver Of Dunbar, WV in September saying that he was a professional poker player on tour who donated a substancial portion of his winnings to charities, i.E. St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. He also said that he was friends with many pro poker players and that since we sell casino giftshops he was in a position to promote my company. We fell for it hook, line, and sinker. After giving him access to our website, he gave us an order for him and his staff.
After trying to get paid, where he refferred us to Melissa Kirkland, his financial person, we put his account into collection without success.
Most of the men's and ladies clothing he is selling on his website is our goods that he never paid fore.
Wade Weaver of Dunbar, WV is a Fraud and a Thief. He is without a doubt the lowest lifeform I have ever encountered. I am amazed that he has not, to my knowledge, been prosecuted for the criminal acts that he has inflicted on so many victims.
I welcome Wade Weaver to challenge this complaint thru the legal system, if he emerges long enough from his cesspool to do so.
If this in any way prevents someone else from becoming his new victim, it would satisfy me to no end.
